Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) is Ayurveda's premier blood purifier and the most important herb for addressing skin conditions with an internal root cause — including hormonal acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation.
In Ayurvedic pathology, many skin conditions are attributed to excess Pitta (heat and inflammation) in the blood (rakta dhatu). Manjistha specifically targets this imbalance by supporting liver detoxification, lymphatic drainage, and clearing excess heat from the skin tissue.
Modern research confirms Manjistha's anti-androgenic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Standardised to contain minimum 5% purpurin (the key active).
Take 2 capsules twice daily after meals. Best results in 8–12 weeks.
